Monoprint .  I have  used thick acrylic paint here to convey the rich colourations of the Australian desert, and also the bright turquoise and limes I saw both in the landscapes and in the precious opals of that part of the world.  The blue here represents a waterhole, which is more important  to life than mere precious stones.
